- Masks required for all patrons.
- Vaccinations are required for all patrons. Vaccination cards will be checked to verify compliance.
- Children who are currently ineligible to be vaccinated will still be allowed entrance provided that they are masked and accompanied by a vaccinated adult.
- Limiting capacity to 75 people (25% of full capacity) in order to ensure appropriate social distancing.
- Food and drink will not be served at events.

Rentals that are open to the public
These events are open to the public and LCCA staff is not onsite.
- Masks required for all patrons.
- Vaccinations or negative rapid test are required for all patrons. Vaccination status can be verified by checking vaccination cards or having patrons sign affidavits.
- Renters wanting to offer rapid tests will need to create a written COVID plan and submit this to LCCA at least 5 week days in advance of their event. The plan will need to include:
- Details of how and when the testing would take place
- Designation of a COVID compliance person
Renter is fully responsible for financial costs associated with administering tests.
- Children who are currently ineligible to be vaccinated will still be allowed entrance provided that they are masked and accompanied by a vaccinated adult.
- Limiting capacity to 75 people (25% of full capacity) in order to ensure appropriate social distancing.
- Food and drink can only be served in designated areas.

Private Rentals
These events are private and LCCA staff is not on site.
- Masks required for all patrons.
- Vaccinations are highly encouraged for all patrons. All participants must be notified in advance if vaccinations will be required or if they are not required.
- Limiting capacity to 150 people (50%).
- If food or drink is served at an event, it must be done so in a designated area. Patrons will not be required to mask while actively eating or drinking.

Due to lack of test availability and staffing constraints, Lopez Center sponsored events are not currently accepting negative COVID test results instead of vaccination.
