The Gathering of the Eagles Canoe Journey coming back for its 6th voyage through the islands!
The Gathering of the Eagles calls people together from the Salish Sea region and beyond in a celebration of place, culture, and connection. This year we anticipate hosting 1 Lummi canoe family, 1 Puyallap canoe family from Chief Leschi Schools, and 2 Hawaiian canoe families.
May 17, Sunday:
- 3PM: Cooking & Visiting Hour
- 4PM: 'Last Stand' Film Screening
- 5PM: Potluck, Protocol & Presentations - bring your own plate and utensils, and a dish to share!
- 7PM: Skippers Meeting
- 8PM: Star Traveling * Hoy'kwche
May 18, Monday:
7 am: Canoes depart for San Juan Island
