The purpose of the annual meeting is to receive the Annual Report, receive the Treasurers's Report and adopt the yearly Budget, ratify the Bylaws as recommended by the Board, and vote for members who have been nominated by the Nominating Committee appointed by the Board or nominated at the meeting.
