Rates are set, according to the type of use:

"Community" use - By individuals, organizations and groups that provide community, government, recreation, entertainment, cultural and educational services for events that are open to and benefit the Lopez community .

"Private" use - By other individuals, organizations and groups and which does not include events open to the Lopez community.

A wedding is normally a private use as it would be "by invitation only" and therefore not advertised as open to the Lopez community. However, please view the community use rates if you consider including the Lopez community at large.

Private use package 1: Basic Plan

  • 7 days a week
  • Maximum use per day: 16 hours
  • Minimum charge per day: $110.00
  • Security Deposit: $500.00
  • May be reserved up to 12 months in advance
