Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an 8 week class series and all day retreat designed to strengthen the capacity to relate to our life experience from the clear-eyed viewpoint of openness, curiosity, and present moment awareness. Week by week, we will scaffold a repertoire of awareness practices and meditations to support you in meeting the everyday challenges and joys of being human.
