FF '33 Building a Better Lopez: Conceptual to Tangible

Join Nikyta Palmisani for a workshop bringing all the weekend’s thinking about transitioning to a fossil free and sustainable world into a tangible community built sculpture of a future Lopez. Participants may choose which group they would like to join in the sectors of energy, transportation, food, water, waste, housing, etc. We will use recycled materials to build a conceptual model of how these sectors can interact using a model of Lopez in three dimensional space.

This activity is appropriate for middle school aged and older kids to join adults in helping to literally build a better world.
